An experiential tool for school leavers looking for internships and training!


To further strengthen the search for motivated trainees, Südluft has developed a virtual company island in cooperation with the agency Career Captain. This digital platform offers school leavers who are interested in Training or a Internship are interested in an interactive insight into our company and a selection of our diverse training occupations.

Our company island presents comprehensive information about the company in general as well as training topics.
Particularly exciting are the interactive games, which were specially designed for our training occupations: For the profession of Construction mechanic (m/f/d) There is an individually configured game that teaches practical skills in a playful way. technical system planner (m/f/d) A standardized game is available that provides insights into the planning processes.

This is an important step toward specifically targeting young talent and introducing them to our diverse career opportunities. At the same time, this tool offers school leavers a fun way to discover their interests and talents for their future careers.
