The trainee outdoor team training - for good teamwork!


In order for trainers and trainees to get to know each other better and work together as a team, we once again organized the annual outdoor team training.

With nine commercial, technical, and industrial apprentices, including two who will begin their training on September 1, 2023, our four instructors traveled to the adventure camp in Bad Kötzting in the Bavarian Forest for outdoor team training.

• Morning: with archery, tree climbing, flying fox, abseiling tower, rope bridge
• Lunch: Barbecue
• Afternoon: Canoe tour (Regen-Urleiten tour)

Experiencing joy and fun in the team and promoting the "WE – TOGETHER" spirit was our top priority!
